How do I cancel my subscription?
**If your order was placed before September 26th 2024...
To cancel your subscription, please visit our customer portal at https://rolanresumes.com/login/. (**Please ensure you enter the exact same email you used to pay for your subscription)
You will still have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
Please make sure to download copies of your resume as a PDF before your subscription ends, as all data will be permanently deleted once your subscription expires.
If you change your mind before the end of your billing period, you can resubscribe and manage your subscription by logging into our customer portal.
While we are sad to see you go, we hope it's because you got the job!
